Purchased a couple of items from stone island online a navy overshirt £355 quality garment and a quality nylon metal cap in khaki £140 another excellent garment the service was excellent fast no problems what so ever servicebis always class at the flagship store in london as well i would recomnend the stone island as its my favourite brand and worn for years im giving 10 out of 10 to stone island and will be buying more garments online

Awesome product, great service. Companies can learn alot from them

Bought a cardigan on 15-7-21. Item had been washed 4 times at 30 degrees celsius and already looks horrible. Green colour has faded and it just looks like crap.
Sent a message to the costumer service and got this response:

Please reply to this email attaching an other closer photo of the damaged item that clearly shows the defect, together with a statement confirming the defect is a manufacturing fault issued on letter headed paper by a professional dressmaker/industry expert who has checked the item for you.

Horrible quality item for a big price and bad customer service.

10/10 would not recommend.

Great product - very poor eCommerce experience. Spent over 1200GBP. Order never came with a tracking, turns out it was DPD. They delivered it into my bin and text me to say it had been left there. I was home when they delivered it. The sheers laziness is astounding. Jacket was too big so wanted to return it. No return label. I have to pay for the return label and take all the risk of posting a 1200GBP product back to them. Great product. Shocking service.

Atrocious customer service- NOT the same as the Stone Island brick and mortar stores. They don't offer an exchange for store credit which makes giving gifts very awkward when it doesn't work out (have to put all the burden on the gift giver to do the return, no option to do it out of site of the person who purchased, super odd for an online retailer). Customer service is awful. They outsource it to Yoox group and the only option is by email. The phone number on the shipping label routes to a recording that sounds like a scam and no option to talk to a person. The people that respond to the emails are awful and rude. This has completely diminished the brand name and turned me off of the company.

No issues and great service ,Was a bit dubious when I saw some of the other reviews but to be honest I can’t fault the goods or the speed of service. 5 star is deserved.

I used to be a bit of a label boy when I was young. It's been 15 years since I bought my last stone island piece. Today I thought I'll buy myself a jumper to add to the collection. After a visit to cruise I can't believe how poor a quality materials they are using now, the jumpers are nothing like the quality of old. Same design, same price, poor quality.

Ordered Wednesday Night Delivered Friday Afternoon Great Service. I would always buy from Stone island themselves as they have better Sale prices than a anywhere else which makes a big difference in price

Dont buy here ever, the customer service is the worst. If anyone left a good review they probably work for stone island> they take your money online and than tell you something went wrong today is the 10 th day and i still didnt get my money back. and they dont reply your emails. Scammers !!!!!!

Already ordered from Stone Island over 5 times and never got any problem. Quality clothing and awesome delivery time. (took like 2 days to send it to Portugal). Because I don’t really trust any online payments with credit cards, specially in orders over 600/700e +, I always use Cash-On-Delivery option. Never had a problem. Overall the clothes are great at a reasonable price.

This has to be the worst customer service in the industry. The staff in the flagship store are rude and unhelpful. When my partner went to return an item after lockdown they refused to help him and told him to leave the store!!!! We’ve been trying to contact customer service for a month now to discuss. After 4 emails, numerous unanswered phone calls to customer service number, and even some attempts to contact via social media, I’ve heard nothing and nobody responds. Don’t buy anything from this store…honestly it’s not worth the hassle.

Why do people buy this rubbish. Probably cos they are sheep and follow others who they think are fashionable. Just an ugly tacky logo. Really awful designs. The stuff I had looked fake. It was genuine but looked awful. I always assumed that the s.i clothes I saw others wear were fake cos they looked worn and the colours were faded.

Quality items. Got a light jacket. Fits great
